Acceptable Camera-Ready Artwork

 

We accept vector files generated in or saved as .CDR, .EPS or .AI graphic files.

  • .CDR is created by Corel Draw.
  • .AI is created by Adobe Illustrator
  • .EPS is created by Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

Not Acceptable

What is NOT "camera-ready" artwork?

Rasterized graphic formats such as .BMP, .GIF, .JPG and .TIFF are not suitable for our purposes.

Artwork that is a fax, scanned image, hand drawing, photocopy, a printed piece like a business card, letterhead, post-it note, invoice or envelope, is not acceptable.

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, HTML, GIF, JPG files are not acceptable.

We must recreate these files or convert them to a .CDR, .EPS or .AI format.

Fees for recreation or conversion typically range from $25 - $50.

Artwork for Repeat Orders
We will keep your digital artwork on file for future orders for a period of two years.

The best way to ensure your design is replicated correctly is to also send a print-out via fax to 972-964-2124 so we can check it against your electronic file.
