Ordering Process

Since 1991, Impressions Marketing has followed an ordering process proven to result in on-time, right-the-first-time product delivery.

After you have discussed your order requirements with your sales representative and decided on product(s), you will receive an Initial Sales Order from office manager, Sharon Horton. This will include all pertinent details (quantity, description, price, delivery date) for order. In addition, you will receive an Artwork Proof showing the imprinting details.

It is imperative that you review these documents carefully and respond as quickly as possible with approval or changes. Impressions Marketing will not process the order until both the Initial Sales Order and Artwork Proof have been approved. Once you have submitted your approvals, production will begin.

Impressions Marketing works with a variety of factories to fulfill your order(s). Please be advised that changes made after order approval may not be possible, or may incur significant additional charges.

artwork

Camera-ready artwork is required to ensure quality imprinting of your products.  Refer to our Artwork Specifications for details.

Payment Options

Impressions Marketing can accomodate the payment option that works best for your business.  We accept all major credit cards and corporate checks.  In addition, you may apply for an account with N30 terms.

Purchase Orders

If your company requires the use of Purchase Orders, you must provide the Purchase Order at the time of order placement.

delivery time

After completion and approval of your Initial Sales Order and Artwork paperwork, and receipt of credit card information, corporate check, or with approved credit, the issuance of a Purchase Order if required by your company, production of your order will begin

Most items take approximately 7-10 days for production at the factory plus 3-5 days for UPS Ground shipping.

Expedited production and shipping are available on many items; however, there is often an extra charge for this service.

rush orders

Often Impressions Marketing can arrange for expedited production and shipping in order to meet even the tightest deadline. For a list of our most reliable factory partners, refer to the Super Rush menu item.

freight charges

Freight charges are not included in your total on the Initial Sales Order. If requested, a freight estimate based on UPS Ground Freight will be shown, but because this is only an estimate, it is not added to your total at the time of order placement.

After your order has been produced and shipped, a final invoice is generated which will specify the actual quantity of product shipped and the actual freight cost.

If you have paid with a credit card, Impressions Marketing will make a second charge to your card for the balance due and send a copy of the final invoice to Procurement indicating a zero balance.

OVer/Under-Runs

In the manufacturing of these products, it is not uncommon for the factory to ship +/- 5% of the originally specified order amount. This is most often a result of quality control processes designed to ensure you receive only top quality products in your order.

You will be billed for the actual quantity of product which shipped.

embroidery pricing

Pricing for embroidery is based upon the number of stitches in a logo as well as the number of garments being sewn. Unless otherwise specified, prices shown for garments do not include the cost of embroidery since this must be quoted on a individual basis. silk-screen Pricing

Products shown in the search screens include one color of imprinting unless otherwise noted. Additional charges apply for multiple locations or multiple colors of imprint.

In addition, use of certain corporate colors often requires custom mixing of inks and may incur a color matching charge.
