Successful candidate will

HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OUTSIDE, BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL SALES EXPERIENCE

Be comfortable selling ideas, not just products.

Have proven success calling on department managers and procurement specialists at companies, schools, or non-profits with 250-2500 employees and >$10 million in revenues.

Be willing to prospect daily for new business. This is a relationship sale, but in order to be successful, representative must be consistently adding to the pipeline.

Be goal oriented.

Be willing to learn new skills. Preference given to candidates with history of continuing sales education.

Have made at least $45,000/year in the past and be very money motivated. Compensation is salary plus commission with health insurance, paid vacation, PTO, and paid holidays. First year earnings should be in $60K-$75K range. No caps on commission!
Current Position - Established Territory
We are seeking to replace a territory rep in the Dallas/Richardson area. Primary focus is on clients in the higher education market. This territory has solid sales record for income of $50K+/year. While this is an established territory, representative will also be expected to develop new business through networking and cold calling.
